Deposits for custom signs are non-refundable once the design process begins. Full refunds are only available if the project has not moved into the production phase. Refunds for issues such as damage during shipping will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

All designs, images, and content created by Kscenic, including the final custom wood sign, remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our Site without our express written consent.
